Thanks to her many duties, Sylvie has been a key figure in the French wine scene for many years: owner of Château Chauvin, joint owner of Château Lynch-Bages, president of the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux from 2008 to 2013, and President of Bordeaux’s future Cité des Civilisations du Vin (Wine Cultural Centre). She is also owner of the famous gastronomic restaurant Le Chapon Fin, situated in Bordeaux. In 2010, Sylvie was named "Woman of the Year" by the magazine Drinks Business. This woman of character manages Bordeaux Saveurs with passion and dynamism.

After graduating in Hotel Management and Tourism from the ESTHUA in Angers, Clémence gained valuable experience at the Périgueux Tourist Office where she was entrusted with the creation of the groups department; she is in charge of the creation and overseeing of programmes, and the administrative and financial side of the agency. A native of Bordeaux with a passion for the world of wine, she applies her creativity to ensure that every stay is a memorable experience.
Céline Fleury Business development manager
Céline is a member of a wine growers family from Bordeaux and holds a diploma in agro-engineering specialized in viticulture and oenology. Then she chose to direct her course towards the commercial function through a master's degree in commerce and communication.
She has been working for several years in advertising and events, before joining Bordeaux Saveurs. Her taste for wine and gastronomy helps her to develop the agency and to increase its visibility on business tourism and leisure markets.
Audray Parisotto Project Manager
After a degree in English and a year spent in Wales, Audray chose to specialize in tourism by getting a Masters in tourism management and marketing. Designing unusual wine tours and finding the most appropriate experience for people from all over the world allows her to combine two of her passions: English language and wine discoveries.
